To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have enacted the following safety protocols in our stores:

  • Mandatory masks for anyone entering our stores (just ask a member of our team if you don't have your own)
  • Limiting the number of customers in the store at one time
  • Regular cleaning of all frequently handled items and surfaces
  • Regular hand washing for staff
  • Encouraging social distancing both by the example set by our staff and by posted signs to remind us all
  • Encouraging customers to visit our online store
  • Providing hand sanitizer for customers and staff
  • Not accepting cash
  • Not holding items for customers
  • Using a plexi glass barrier at the till
  • Asking customers to re-hang tried-on items that they don't intend to purchase, those items are then put aside until the following day
  • Asking staff and customers to stay home if they are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive
